• 1. I had problems entering my information for yesterday's Deal
  of the Day. Please help?

  If points were deducted from your account, you will receive an email on or about May 28th confirming your mailing address to receive the coupon. This email will go to the address you used to register for your Juicy Rewards account.

  If you were not able to redeem for the reward of your choice or if additional points were removed from your account for this redemption, you should see a refund of 9 points in your account on or about May 28th.

  We apologize for the technical issues – but we hope that you will enjoy your coupon and reward with this correction. Thank you for participating in our Deal of the Day!

• 2. I still have codes for Tropicana Rescue the Rainforest; how do I redeem them?

  You can enter the 11-digit codes for Rescue the Rainforest at www.tropicanarainforest.com (include link to "My Account" page on this site) until March 31, 2010.

  If you have a 10-digit Tropicana Juicy Rewards code, you may use that code and donate points to help Rescue the Rainforest as part of Tropicana Juicy Reward. Please click on the link at the right side of the navigation bar at the top of this page to get to the donation page.

• 3. Where can I find the unique code on my Tropicana package?

  The 10-character unique code can be found in the following places depending on the product you’ve purchased:

  • Six (6) x 8 oz. Multipack — Look for code on top of cardboard overwrap.
  • 12 oz. Bottles — Look for code under cap.
  • 59 oz. Cartons — Look for code on back of package.
  • 64 oz. Cartons — Look for code under cap.
  • 89 oz. Jugs — Look for code on back of package.
  • 128 oz. Jugs — Look for code under cap.

• 4. I'm having problems printing a coupon. What do I do?

  If you are having trouble printing, here are some things you might want to check:

  • Make sure you have a printer.
  • Be sure your printer is turned on.
  • Check that your printer is connected to your computer.

  If you don’t have access to a printer at home or at work, we suggest that you add this offer to your Favorites, go to your local library or another convenient location to print out your coupon.

• 5. How does the Tropicana Juicy Rewards promotion work?

  Tropicana, Tropicana Pure Premium and Tropicana Trop50 products featuring the Tropicana Juicy Rewards logo and messaging will carry a 10-character unique code under the cap or on the promotional package. Each specially-marked package is worth a pre-determined number of points. Upon entering the 10-character unique code, your account will be credited the appropriate number of points.

  To participate, you must set up an account on the Tropicana website (www.tropicana.com). Each time you buy specially-marked Tropicana, Tropicana Pure Premium or Tropicana Trop50 products, you can either text your code to TROPOJ (876765) or enter it on the Tropicana Juicy Rewards website.

  The corresponding points will be entered into your account on the Tropicana Juicy Rewards website. The more codes you enter, the more points you accrue. You can then search and redeem these points for fantastic savings on thousands of great offers including discounted admissions to theme parks, museums, aquariums and zoos, great gear and supplies and much more to help you squeeze more out of life.

• 6. The website isn't accepting my code — what should I do?

  We are sorry that you are experiencing difficulties entering your code.

  If you have entered your code incorrectly, you will see a message on-screen. For example: Invalid Code or Duplicate Code.

  Invalid code — It may be that you've left out or misread one of the characters. Please check your code and enter it again. Once the system has recognized your code as valid, the points will automatically be credited to your account.

  Code was already redeemed — It may be that you have already entered this code, that you mistyped a character or that someone else has had access to your code before you've had the chance to enter it. Please check your code and try again; if you continue to have problems, please click this link so that the Tropicana Juicy Rewards Help Team can investigate.

• 8. How many times can I use a code?

  Each unique 10-character code can be used only once. Once you have entered the code into your account it will automatically become invalid.

  You can enter up to 5 codes per day. Each time you enter a code, your account balance will be updated accordingly.
