    The 10-character unique code can be found in the following places depending on the product you've purchased:

  • 2. The website isn't accepting my code - what should I do?

    We are sorry that you are experiencing difficulties entering your code. If you have entered your code incorrectly, you will see a message on-screen. For example: Invalid Code or Duplicate Code.

    Invalid code — It may be that you've left out or misread one of the characters. Please check your code and enter it again. Once the system has recognized your code as valid, the points will automatically be credited to your account.

    Duplicate code — It may be that you have already entered this code, that you mistyped a character or that someone else has had access to your code before you've had the chance to enter it.   • 3. I'm having problems printing a coupon. What do I do?

    If you are having trouble printing, here are some things you might want to check:

    • Make sure you have a printer.
    • Be sure your printer is turned on.
    • Check that your printer is connected to your computer.

    If you don't have access to a printer at home or at work, we suggest that you add this offer to your Favorites, go to your local library or another convenient location to print out your coupon.

  • 5. How does the Tropicana Juicy Rewards program work?

    Tropicana, Tropicana Pure Premium and Tropicana Trop50 products featuring the Tropicana Juicy Rewards logo and advertising will carry a 10-character unique code on the cap or promotional package.

    Each specially-marked package is worth the number of points indicated on the package. Upon entering the 10-character unique code, your account will be credited the appropriate number of points. To participate, you must set up an account on the Tropicana website www.tropicana.com.

    Each time you buy specially-marked Tropicana, Tropicana Pure Premium or Tropicana Trop50 products, you can either text your code to TROPOJ(876765) or enter it on the Tropicana Juicy Rewards website.

    The corresponding points will be entered into your account on the Tropicana Juicy Rewards website. The more codes you enter, the more points you accrue.

    You can then search and redeem these points for fantastic savings on thousands of great offers including discounted admissions to theme parks, museums, aquariums and zoos, great gear and supplies and much more to help you squeeze more out of life.

  • 6. How long does the Tropicana Juicy Rewards promotion run?

    All points must be entered into the promotional website by November 15, 2010. All points must be used by December 15, 2010.

  • 8. Where can I buy promotional packages?

    Specially-marked Tropicana, Tropicana Pure Premium and Tropicana Trop50 packages with promotional messaging and unique codes will be sold at retail outlets throughout the United States, starting in January 2010.

  • 9. Is the promotion valid outside of the U.S.?

    No. The Tropicana Juicy Rewards Program is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. It is possible that limited quantities of promotional packages could find their way to Puerto Rico, other U.S. Territories, and even some Central American, South American, Caribbean and Pacific-Rim countries. We're sorry, but people living in these areas cannot participate in this promotion.

  • 10. Do I have to be 18 years old to participate in the promotion?

    You must be 18 years or older to set up a Tropicana Juicy Rewards account and to be the reward redeemer. However, anyone (up to the stated number of participants) can use an activity-based Tropicana Juicy Reward as long as they are accompanied by the Account Holder whose name appears on the coupon, and they comply with the terms specified for that activity. Please note, there may be additional age restrictions at some venues so please check the individual "Offer Conditions" for more information.

     

  • 11. Can I participate if I do not have access to the Internet?

    Unfortunately, you cannot participate if you do not have access to the Internet. The nature of this promotion requires validation of every code entered and maintaining up-to-date information on the availability and details of the various Rewards. Therefore, we need a website to handle this type of dynamic promotion.

    Most public libraries have computers offering free access to the Internet, or perhaps you can ask a friend or relative if you could use their Internet access.

  • 12. How many times can I use a code?

    Each unique, 10-character code can be used only once. Once you have entered the code into your account it will automatically become invalid.

    You can enter up to 5 codes per day regardless of the method of entry.

  • 13. Do I need to keep my code(s)?

    We recommend you keep your codes in a safe place just in case you require proof of purchase at any time.
  • 14. Will there be a code on every Tropicana package?

    Codes are only printed on specially-marked packages of Tropicana, Tropicana Pure Premium and Tropicana Trop50 products as listed above. You'll be able to clearly identify which packages feature the promotion, as they will feature the Tropicana Juicy Rewards logo on the front.

  • 15. There isn't a code on my package or cap (or the code is illegible or mis-printed).

    Is the package or cap you have a specially-marked Tropicana, Tropicana Pure Premium or Trop50 product? If so, please reference the list above or the visual guide on this site to help locate your code.

  • 16. How many points is each code worth?

    Packages are worth varying points, based on their size. Each package should include the number of points that the specific package code is worth somewhere on the outside of the package.
  • 17. How do I set up a Tropicana Juicy Rewards account?

    It's easy to set up your own Tropicana Juicy Rewards account.

    Go to www.tropicana.com, click the "register" button in the center of the page and follow the instructions to register. You must be 18 years or older to set up a Tropicana Juicy Rewards account.

  • 18. How do I add codes/points to my account?

    There are two ways to enter codes. An account will need to be set up on www.tropicana.com before codes can be entered:

    • Text your unique 10-character code to TROPOJ (876765)*
    • Log in to your account at www.tropicana.com and enter your unique 10-character code(s).

    * The points will be automatically linked/downloaded to your website account if you have already registered your mobile phone number by inputting your PIN.

    If you send a code by text message before you have set up your website account, we will store the code for you. You will be sent a 4-digit PIN number, which will need to entered along with your mobile phone number (and remember it has to be the same phone number from which you texted the codes previously) when you set up your account online. The system will recognize the phone number and PIN and allocate the points stored for that phone number to the account that you have just established.

    There is no limit to the number of codes you can enter via text before you set up an account. However, you can only enter 5 codes per day, regardless of the method of code entry.

  • 19. Is there a limit to how many points I can collect?

    No. There is no limit to the number of points you can collect in your Tropicana Juicy Rewards account, but, remember you can enter only 5 codes per day, regardless of the entry method.

  • 20. When do my points expire?

    All points must be used by December 15, 2010. Please check the offer pages carefully as individual offer closing dates vary. Click on the Offer Conditions tab on the offer page to view all restrictions, including standard opening and closing times that apply to each offer as noted within the various offer pages.
  • 21. How do I recommend a friend join Tropicana Juicy Rewards?

    In the My Account section of the website, you can complete a form to recommend the program to friends and family and earn an extra point.

  • 22. Why do I have to copy the scrambled image from the box on screen when I register?

    We use a security system to ensure that computer hackers cannot access your personal details or attempt to create multiple accounts in a bid to bring down the site. The characters in the image are distorted to prevent the use of sophisticated OCR (Optical Character Reader) software to defeat the system.

  • 23. I have forgotten my account password — what should I do?

    you look under the heading "Login" on the home page you will see the "Forgotten password?" link. Simply click the link and follow the instructions — enter your email address and we'll email you the password you registered with.

  • 24. Does the Tropicana Juicy Rewards website use cookies?

    Yes. Cookies enable us to remember some of your information and they also allow you to navigate the website quickly. Full details are included in our Privacy Policy.
  • 25. Do I need to download and install any additional software to view the site?

  • 27. The website will not accept my data, although I have registered. What can I do?

  • 28. I do not have a printer to print my coupon — what can I do?

    If you don't have a printer at home or at work, we suggest you save the reward to your Favorites, and go to your local library or use a friend's computer to print your coupon.

  • 29. What number do I text my code to?

    You should text your unique, 10-character code to TROPOJ (876765). Standard text messaging rates will apply.
  • 30. What details do I need to include when I text my codes?

    Do not text any other details except your unique code. We will not be able to recognize anything other than the 10-digit code and including other information may invalidate your code entry.

  • 31. What is the cost of texting in my code?

    Standard text messaging and data rates from your wireless plan apply, so check your provider's plan to determine what rates they charge. Please note, by texting your code, you consent to receiving marketing messages from Tropicana, but you can opt-out at any time by replying, "STOP".
  • 32. How many codes can I include in my text message?

    You can only send one code in each text message, as the system cannot recognize multiple codes. You can enter up to 5 codes per day via any combination of text messaging or website entry.

  • 33. Will I receive a confirmation message that you have received my code?

    Yes. Each time you text in a code (using the phone number that you supplied when you registered to set up your account), you will receive a reply text message confirming your code has been received.

  • 34. Can I text in codes from a mobile phone different from the one I have registered?

    No. You cannot text codes to your account using a different mobile phone number. You must text codes to your account from the mobile phone number you supplied when registering your account.

    If you do send codes using a different mobile phone, our system will not be able to add those points to your account.

  • 35. How long after texting in my code will I see points in my account?

    You should see points credited to your account within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation text reply.
  • 36. I have sent a text but haven't received a response.

    There could be a number of reasons for this:

    • It may be that some of the networks are experiencing delays.
    • You may not have waited 24 hours after receiving the confirmation text reply.
    • Your inbox could be full.
    • You've had your mobile phone turned off for a long period of time. If so, wait 24 hours to see if you receive a reply.
    • It could be that you have sent your text to the wrong number. Please ensure that you have sent your text to TROPOJ 876765.

    We suggest you try to enter your code again. If it has already been received, you will be advised in the reply message that it is an invalid code.

    If you have already set up an account at www.tropicana.com you can also check your account to confirm that your points have been credited.

  • 37. How do I send my code by text on my mobile phone?

    Go to your messaging options on your phone. Select "Create a text message"*.

    In the text message, you must carefully type the code you have found on the package or cap. Now, send the text message to TROPOJ (876765).

    * The exact wording of this option will vary by phone type. For specific instructions please refer to your phone user manual or the manufacturer's website. Your network operator may also be able to help.

  • 42. What will Tropicana and its partners do with my personal details collected when I register my account?

    The information Tropicana and its partners gather when you register your account and/or complete the "bonus point" survey is for managing your account, fulfilling your Tropicana Juicy Rewards offer(s) and more effectively tailoring the promotional offers to suit your preferences.

    However, Tropicana may wish to send you some information about products and promotions in the future. If you would like to receive such mailings/text messages, you have the option to "opt in" when registering and setting up your account. If you prefer to stop receiving messages from Tropicana at any time, please follow the online or text message instructions to opt out.

  • 43.  Does entering my code by text automatically opt me into receiving more text communications from Tropicana?

    You will receive a confirmation bounce-back message from Tropicana Juicy Rewards each time you text in codes. By texting your code(s), you consent to receiving marketing messages from Tropicana via text message only. Text “STOP” to TROPOJ (876765) if you do not wish to receive future marketing messages from Tropicana or Tropicana Juicy Rewards.

    You will receive one return message each time you text in codes which will be the confirmation bounce-back message. If you do not text in again, you'll receive no further messages.

  • 44. How are the codes printed onto the packages and caps?

    The codes are printed onto the packaging and caps under secure conditions and using food-safe ink.

     

  • 45. Does each point collected equate to a $5 savings?

    Each point provides value of approximately $5. Once you reach 9 points, you are able to select any reward valued over $40

  • 46. How do I use my points?

    Within the site, you can search all available Tropicana Juicy Rewards at the various point levels. When you have saved enough points for the Tropicana Juicy Reward offer of your choice, simply follow the step-by-step instructions on the website to redeem the reward.
  • 47. How do I know how many points each Tropicana Juicy Rewards offer requires?

    Within each offer detail page, it clearly indicates how many points you will need for each Tropicana Juicy Reward.
  • 48. How do I know what I will save on each Tropicana Juicy Rewards offer?

    Each offer description page will feature a value statement for that reward. Some rewards will have a dollar-value savings, while others will show a percent discount. Many rewards offer the savings for more than one person, so the actual savings will vary based on the number of participants.
  • 49. Do I need to buy more than one product to redeem a Tropicana Juicy Reward?

    No. The lowest-value rewards can be redeemed for 1 point. Of course, if you enter codes from multiple packages, you can redeem for higher-value rewards.

  • 52. Can I use more than one coupon for the same Tropicana Juicy Reward?

    Some specific venues may allow you to use more than one coupon for your group or may offer multiple discounts per coupon (e.g., 2 for the price of 1; good up to 4 people). Please see the "Offer Conditions" section within each specific offer for additional information and restrictions.
  • 53. Can I collect my points with friends and/or relatives?

    No. Tropicana Juicy Rewards points can only be collected individually.
  • 54. What if I have changed my mind, can I cancel my Tropicana Juicy Reward and get my points refunded?

    Your points will only be deducted from your account when you click "Get Reward" on the individual offer details page. Unfortunately, once you have done so and the points have been deducted from your account total, we cannot add them back.
  • 55. What is the Sweepstakes?

    The Tropicana Juicy Rewards Sweepstakes will offer different prizes on a rotating basis throughout the promotion duration. Consumers can choose to enter the sweepstakes drawings without ever redeeming a point, though they must register and create a Tropicana Juicy Rewards account at tropicana.com in order to participate.

  • 56. What are the Sweepstakes prizes?

    You can find details of each sweepstakes prize package in the "Sweepstakes" section of the website.

  • 57. Can I use my points for additional sweepstakes entries?

    Points can only be used to redeem Tropicana Juicy Rewards offers.

  • 58. When will I find out if I have won the sweepstakes?

    The entry for each prize drawing will be clearly posted on the sweepstakes entry page. Winners will be drawn within one week of the final entry date.

    Individual winners will be contacted by Tropicana's sweepstakes administrator, Young America, Inc. Once the winner is confirmed as an eligible entrant and has accepted the prize, their name will be posted on the site. This confirmation process may take up to three weeks, but winner names will be posted as quickly as possible.

  • 59. Is there more than one sweepstakes?

    No, but there are up to 9 different prize periods across the life of the promotion.

    For each prize period, Tropicana Juicy Rewards account holders are allowed "One entry per registered user per day".

  • 63. Why can’t I login?

    If you are having trouble logging in – you may want to check the following:

    • Type in your email address manually instead of cutting and pasting it from the email we sent to you. Sometimes the cut/paste process can pull in strange characters or spaces.
    • Check to make sure your computer is set to accept "cookies." Most web browsers are automatically set to accept Cookies, which allow us to keep track of who you are, but you or someone else with access to your computer may have changed this setting.
    • To check and make sure your computer will accept Cookies, go to the Internet Options menu within your browser.
    • If you are still having problems you can try sending yourself your password from the forgotten password page here.
  • 64. How can my business become a part of Juicy Rewards?
