1. HOW TO ENTER. Visit www.tropicana.com (the "Website"), between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time ("CT") on January 19, 2010 and 11:59 p.m. CT on September 30, 2010 and sign up for a free Tropicana Juicy Rewards account. Once you have an account and are logged in, click on the "sweepstakes" tab and follow instructions to enter. You must sign up for a Tropicana Juicy Rewards account to enter the Sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person/account per day during each Entry Period. Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agencies will not accept entries that are late, incomplete, misdirected, unintelligible or lost. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or more than one entry per Entry Period will void all entries and result in disqualification.

2. ELIGIBILITY. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, The Coleman Company, Inc.; adidas America, Inc.; Harrah's License Company, LLC; NCL Corporation Ltd.; and Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts, Inc., their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) or household members (whether or not related) of each are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
3. DRAWINGS. Winners will be selected in random drawings on or about the Drawing Dates listed in Rule #1, from among all eligible entries received during the corresponding Entry Period. Entries will not carry forward to subsequent Entry Periods. For any Entry Period containing more than one (1) prize, the first person drawn will win the first prize listed within the corresponding Entry Period's prizes; the second person drawn will win the second prize listed within that Entry Period's prizes and so forth, until all prizes have been awarded for that particular Entry Period. All drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization ("judges") whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email within one (1) week of the Drawing.
4. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE/ODDS OF WINNING.
ENTRY PERIOD 1:
Yosemite Lodge at the Falls Family Getaway (1): Winner will receive a trip for four (4) to the Yosemite National Park in California. Prize consists of round–trip coach, air transportation for winner and three (3) guests (from a major commercial airport near the winner’s home to an airport close to Yosemite Park, at Sponsor’s sole discretion), four (4) nights hotel room accommodations (one–room, quad occupancy) at Yosemite Lodge, daily breakfast while at Yosemite Lodge, one (1) $150.00 meal credit redeemable at the Mountain Room Restaurant, one (1) $75.00 food voucher redeemable at the Yosemite Lodge Food Court, and various activity options depending on travel dates and a rental car for four (4) days. To redeem the rental car portion of the prize, winner must possess a current valid U.S. driver’s license, valid major credit card, meet age requirements of rental car company, and meet/comply with all terms and conditions of the rental car agency in order to rent vehicle; if winner does not qualify for rental car portion of prize, neither it nor its value will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,509.00 – $3,637.00.
ENTRY PERIOD 2:
Norwegian Cruise Line 3–Day or 4–Day Cruise (1): Winner will receive a certificate good for a 3–day or 4–day Bahamas cruise for winner and up to (3) guests on a Norwegian Cruise Line ship. Winner and guest will stay in one (1) oceanview stateroom while aboard ship. Winner must be 21 or older or travel with a guest 21 or older. ARV: $1,500.
Norwegian Cruise Line 7–Day Cruise (1): Winner will receive a certificate good for a 7–day cruise for winner and up to (3) guests on a Norwegian Cruise Line ship. Winner and guest will stay in one (1) balcony stateroom while aboard ship. Destinations at the discretion of Norwegian Cruise Lines. Winner must be 21 or older or travel with a guest 21 or older. ARV: $4,500.00.
Sailing dates are subject to availability and blackout dates as determined by Norwegian Cruise Line. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the delay of a cruise. Prize excludes air travel, government taxes and fees, service charges, and any personal expenditure. The prize must be fully redeemed, meaning travel must be completed by expiration date on the certificate, or winner will forfeit prize. Winner and guest are responsible for their own travel documents (such as Passports). Guest must be at least 18 years old (unless child of winner).
ENTRY PERIOD 3:
Birthday Celebration in Las Vegas (1): Winner will receive a trip for four (4) to Las Vegas, Nevada. Prize consists of round–trip coach, air transportation for winner and three (3) guests (from a major commercial airport nearest the winner's U.S. home to Las Vegas, NV), three (3) nights hotel room accommodations (two–rooms, double–occupancy) at Paris Las Vegas, round–trip limousine service to/from airport/hotel, daily poolside lunch for four (4) while at hotel, and one (1) dinner allowance for four (4) at either the Eiffel Tower Restaurant or Mon Ami Gabi (up to $400). Winner must be 21 or older (or prize can be transferred to someone 21 or older). ARV: $6,000.00.
New Orleans Getaway (1): Winner will receive a trip for four (4) to New Orleans, Louisiana. Prize consists of round–trip coach, air transportation for winner and three (3) guests (from a major commercial airport nearest the winner's U.S. home to New Orleans, LA), three (3) nights hotel room accommodations (two–rooms, double–occupancy) at Harrah's New Orleans, round–trip limousine service to/from airport/hotel, and a guided tour of New Orleans. Winner must be 21 or older (or prize can be transferred to someone 21 or older). ARV: $6,000.00.
Escape to Atlantic City (1): Winner will receive a trip for four (4) to Atlantic City, New Jersey. Prize consists of round–trip coach, air transportation for winner and three (3) guests (from a major commercial airport nearest the winner's U.S. home to Philadelphia, PA), three (3) nights hotel room accommodations (two–rooms, double–occupancy) at Harrah's Resort Atlantic City, round–trip limousine service to/from airport/hotel, one (1) dinner allowance for four (4) at The Steakhouse (up to $400), daily cabana rental at the pool and VIP passes to the evening nightclub while at the resort. Trip to Lake Tahoe (1): Winner will receive a trip for four (4) to Reno/Tahoe, Nevada. Prize consists of round–trip coach, air transportation for winner and three (3) guests (from a major commercial airport nearest the winner's U.S. home to Reno, NV), three (3) nights hotel room accommodations (two–rooms, double–occupancy) at Harrah’s Harvey’s Lake Tahoe, round–trip limousine service to/from airport/hotel, and one (1) dinner allowance for four (4) at Sage Steakhouse (up to $400). adidas miCoach (1): Winner will receive one (1) miCoach Pacer, one (1) Heart Rate Monitor, and one (1) Stride Sensor. ARV $139.99.
ENTRY PERIOD 5:
Two–Day Space Adventure (1): Winner will receive a trip for four (4) to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Florida. Prize consists of round–trip coach, air transportation for winner and three (3) guests (from a major commercial airport nearest the winner's U.S. home to an airport close to the Kennedy Space Center at Sponsor’s sole discretion), three (3) nights hotel room accommodations (one–room, quad–occupancy), admission for four (4) to the Kennedy Space Center Complex, NASA Up–Close Tour, one (1) Lunch with an Astronaut (subject to availability), and a rental car for four (4) days. To redeem the rental car portion of the prize, winner must possess a current valid U.S. driver’s license, valid major credit card, meet age requirements of rental car company, and meet/comply with all terms and conditions of the rental car agency in order to rent vehicle; if winner does not qualify for rental car portion of prize, neither it nor its value will be awarded. ENTRY PERIOD 6:
miadidas (5): Winner will receive one (1) pair of mi adidas custom shoes. Winner will be provided with a code and instructions on how to redeem online. ARV: $95.00 – $240.00 each.
ENTRY PERIOD 7:
Camping Gear (1): Winner will receive one (1) Coleman® Montana™ 8 Tent; two (2) Coleman® Cool Weather Sleeping Bags; two (2) Coleman® Cooler Quad Chairs; one (1) Coleman® 48–can Party Stacker™ Coolers; and one (1) Coleman® Signature Outdoor Gear™ All–in–One Cooking System. ARV: $464.93.

ENTRY PERIOD 8:
Massage (150):Winner will receive one (1) certificate good for a one–hour massage redeemable at any Massage Envy location. Winner must comply with terms and conditions stated on certificate. ARV: $65 – $98 each.
ENTRY PERIOD 9:
EA Sports Active Game Prize (100): Winner will receive one (1) EA SPORTS Active videogame. Game title to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion at a later date. ARV: $59.95 each.
Applicable to all travel–related prizes: Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change, and are at Sponsor’s discretion. Trips must be completed by the date stated on the travel voucher or prize notice. Actual value may depend on city/day/time of departure and destination. All other costs and expenses associated with the prize and not specifically described are the sole responsibility of the winner. Passport and/or birth certificate may be required for cruise prize packages. All travel subject to availability, blackout dates, government restrictions and regulations, hotel and airline restrictions and regulations and all terms and conditions stated on voucher or travel certificates, if applicable. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights). Travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and travel guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel within or outside the United States. Winner and travel guests must travel on same itinerary. In the event winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, winner must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If a travel guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Applicable to all prizes: Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and prize substitution will not be allowed, except at sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, local taxes, if any, and all other unspecified expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of prize. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person/per email address/per household. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. ARV of all prizes: $52,183.87 – 58, 986.87.
5. GENERAL. Potential prize winners will be required to sign and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within fourteen (14) days of attempted delivery. If travel documents are required (as stated in Rule #4), once they are issued, travel arrangements may not be changed without the express approval of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason whatsoever. Failure to comply with these conditions or the return of prize documents as undeliverable, will result in forfeiture of prize, without compensation. If a winner is a minor, prize may be awarded to the minor’s parent/legal guardian who must assume all responsibilities of prize winner. Participation constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner’s name and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of judges. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the entry will be deemed to be made by the name appearing on the Tropicana Juicy Rewards account registration form. By accepting a prize, winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent company, and each of their respective affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, their advertising/promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury or death, arising from or in connection with participation in the sweepstakes, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize–related activity. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by Website users; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications–line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access of the Website; or downloading materials from or use of the Website. If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to disqualify suspect entries and/or modify or terminate the Sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by the judges, at the judges’ sole discretion.
6. WAIVER. By entering this Sweepstakes, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out–of–pocket costs incurred to enter.
7. WINNERS’ LIST. For the names of the winners, send a self–addressed, stamped– envelope to: 2010 Tropicana Juicy Rewards Sweepstakes Winners' List Request, P.O. Box 4650, Young America, MN 55558–4650. Requests must be received by October 29, 2010.
